Plan and Draft for the Creation of Ktea Adverts
To ensure that the Ktea advertisements are created systematically, meeting the technical and aesthetic requirements of the client’s brief. Following this structured approach, we achieved high-quality, engaging adverts that effectively promote Ktea’s products and resonate with the target audience.
This plan outlines the steps taken to create three Ktea advertisements: a loyalty card ad, social media posts, and a promotional video showcasing the fresh preparation of bubble tea. The goal was to ensure that each advertisement met the technical and aesthetic requirements specified in the client's brief, effectively engaging the target audience.
Step-by-Step Plan
1. Concept Development
- Brainstorming Session: We conducted a brainstorming session to generate ideas for each advert. We focused on themes, messages, and visual styles that align with Ktea’s brand identity.
- Mood Board Creation: To visualize the concepts, we created mood boards for each advert. These included colour palettes, typography, imagery, and design elements.
2. Pre-Production
- Script and Storyboard (for video): We developed a script and storyboard for the promotional video, outlining each scene, including dialogue, camera angles, and transitions.
- Design Drafts: We created initial design drafts for the loyalty card ad and social media posts, including layout sketches, text placement, and visual elements.
- Approval: We presented the concepts and drafts to the client for feedback and approval.
3. Production
Photography and Videography:
- Scheduled Shoot: We arranged a photoshoot for the loyalty card ad and social media posts and a video shoot for the promotional video.
- Setup: We set up the studio with appropriate lighting, backgrounds, and props, ensuring all equipment was ready and tested.
- Shoot: We captured high-resolution images of the products and ingredients and filmed the step-by-step preparation of bubble tea, focusing on fresh ingredients and engaging visuals.
