LO2: Evidence of preparing methods of gaining feedback

I am planning a comprehensive feedback collection process for Ktea advertisements, Loyalty cards, Social media posts, and a promotional video.

1. Preparation Phase

Designing the Questionnaire

  • I will create a detailed feedback questionnaire focused on specific aspects of the advertisements, such as visual appeal, engagement, clarity, realism, brand recognition, and overall impact.
  • The questionnaire will include quantitative questions (rating scales) and qualitative questions (open-ended responses) to gather comprehensive feedback.

Selecting Participants

  • I will identify a diverse group of participants representing our target audience, covering various age groups and genders, such as neighbours, friends, etc.
  • I will reach participants through multiple channels, including email lists, social media platforms, in-store surveys, and online tools like Google Forms and SurveyMonkey.
  • I will be handing out the questionnaire to various different age groups between 18-30, they include my friends and peers, family members and neighbours.

Distribution of the Questionnaire

  • I will distribute the questionnaire through various channels to ensure a broad reach.
  • I will use online survey tools for digital distribution and set a clear deadline for responses to ensure the timely collection of feedback.
  • it will be distributed by hand.
2. Collecting FeedbackEncouraging Participation
  • I will offer incentives such as discounts, free products, and entry into a prize draw to encourage participation.
  • I will communicate the importance of their feedback in helping us improve Ktea’s products and advertising strategies.

3. Documenting the Process

Recording the Distribution

  • I will keep detailed records of where and how the questionnaire was distributed, including dates, channels, and the number of participants contacted.
  • For documentation purposes, I will take screenshots of emails and social media posts used to distribute the survey.

Tracking Responses

  • Using the analytics features of the survey tools, I will track response rates and demographic information.
  • I will export the response data for further analysis.

4. Analyzing Feedback

Quantitative Analysis

  • I will use statistical methods to analyze the rating scale responses.
  • I will create charts and graphs to visualize the data, such as bar charts for visual appeal ratings.

Qualitative Analysis

  • I will summarize open-ended responses to identify common themes and insights.
  • I will highlight specific quotes that provide valuable feedback or suggestions.

5. Presenting Evidence

Feedback Report

  • I will compile a comprehensive report that includes:
    • An introduction to the feedback collection process.
    • A summary of participant demographics.
    • Quantitative data analysis is presented in charts and graphs.
    • Qualitative data analysis highlighting key themes and quotes.
    • Key findings and actionable insights.

Visual Aids

  • I will include visual aids such as screenshots of the survey distribution, charts, and graphs.
  • Photos or scans of any physical survey forms collected will also be included.
