Roles and Responsibilities:

Ovie Walawalker: Creative Director and Project Manager

  1. Concept Development:
    • Promotional Video: Develop the overarching concept and storyline for the promotional video. Decide on the message, tone, and key points to highlight.
    • Instagram Posts: Plan the themes, visuals, and content for a series of Instagram posts that align with the promotional campaign.
    • Loyalty Card: Design the layout and overall aesthetic of the loyalty card, ensuring it aligns with the client's brand’s identity.
  2. Coordination and Communication:
    • Schedule and lead brainstorming sessions with Ovie to finalize ideas.
    • Maintain clear communication with Ovie throughout the project to ensure all tasks progress smoothly.
  3. Script and Storyboard Creation:
    • Promotional Video: Write the script and create a storyboard that outlines the scenes and visual elements.
    • Instagram Posts: Draft captions and content ideas for Instagram posts, focusing on engaging and brand-aligned messages.
  4. Approval and Feedback:
    • Review Ovie’s drafts and provide constructive feedback.
    • Ensure the final versions meet the brand’s standards and goals before publishing.
  5. Publishing and Promotion:
    • Promotional Video: Oversee the publishing of the promotional video on relevant platforms.
    • Instagram Posts: Schedule and post the Instagram content, including stories and highlights.
